Oakwood – Butterfly Bunting
Ooooh a wonderful big butterfly die – so many uses!
I die cut using the gorgeous Autumn Colours cardstock from Oakwood and then some pretty patterned coordinating papers for the more detailed upper bodies.
I did this for five butterflies but the sky is the limit – you could make this bunting as long as you like!
I glued the two die-cut pieces together before adding some dequins and stamped elements some of which I heat embossed with a lovely Stampendous embossing powder in Copper.
Made holes in the upper wings and then added eyelets before threading them all together with twine.
To make it even prettier I added some of the pretty beaded string and lace trims.
