Andy Skinner – Inside Out Industrial Tag
A mixed media tag using Andy Skinner bits and pieces and a gorgeous Industrial die from Creative Expressions.
I primed a basic kraft tag with matt medium before layering with Cosmic Shimmer paints and inks to create the background before adding the cog die-cut. I then coloured this using layers of paint and Gilded Touch wax, which is a dream to use – just put a tiny amount on the tip of your finger and then rub where you want it. Buff slightly with a cloth. It gives a gorgeous metallic finish, perfect for cogs!
I added transfer rub-ons and some white heat embossing to add texture and depth and used the City of Dreams stencil to add some texture with paste.
