Hugs & Kisses for Valentine….and any time!

I used a plain white tag and coloured using Intense Pigment Stain. I dripped a very small amount of the Ink onto a glass mat and added water and then swished the tag over the ink and let it dry. This ink is very intense so you only need a very small drop!
Using the Love Birds stencil I added a strip across the bottom part of the tag with the Sparkle Texture Paste and added the Wordies.
Added washi tape and faintly stamped some of the smaller stamps onto the background.
Layered with coordinating paper and finished off with string!
