Creative Garden Mini Book
I’ve got loads of 12×12 cardstock from my scrapbooking days, have you?
I found a lovely way to use a sheet with this mini book.
Just cut the 12×12 into three pieces so you have three strips of cardstock, 4″x12″. Fold them into three and place them together.
Where the folded edges are I sewed a basic stitch – these will be the spines. This them creates two pockets in the centre so I stitched the bottom ready for the tags.
I decorated the pages with a mix of spray ink and patterned paper from a digital printable collection, which is free to you, and collaged with a mix of stamps and marking.
I printed off one of the flower design papers in black and white to create a contrast. The text was cut from a garden centre catalogue.
It’s a really cute mini book and great for a gift.
