Easy Breezy – Rainbow Laugh

This is one of the stamps from my new collection through Creative Expressions – Easy Breezy. This is a collection of five stamps, five stencils and a paper pad!

I created the background using Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders, before stamping in black on top. I then heat embossed before colouring in and highlighting!
