Creative Expressions – Thanks A Bunch

Thanks a bunch! Looking ahead to Spring this card was created using new dies from Creative Expressions.

I created the background first using Pixie Powders and Intense Pigment Stains, creating a grass and sky effect.

I die-cut the basket using white-core cardstock which, when sanded lightly down, shows the white core and adds some dimension to a project.

Die-cut flowers from the Eggs die set and added them to the handle.

Layered with coordinated papers and stitching.

Decorated the envelope with Pixie Powders (I do colour with these a lot!) and some of the die-cut flowers. Added some random stamping and buttons for the centres of the flowers. Added a coloured insert into the inside of the envelope for strength.
