Creative Expressions – Just 4U Hoop

I love sewing and embroidery but I don’t do it as much as I would like. I really enjoyed creating this hoop. It is only 4″ in size but this is a super cute size to work on and the possibilities are endless if you use stamps as your images to sew with.

I stamped the Mini Tag Alphabet stamps onto fine canvas and then cut out using zigzag scissors. I layered them onto coloured fabric and cut around them slightly larger so you could see some of the colour.

I then added some brads which do go just as well in fabric as they do in paper. I added the twine and then positioned them on the hoop. Added some sequin flowers on the ends of the twine and some French Knots before finishing the back and making that look tidy.

I added a ball chain to hang it up and it makes a cute little gift some someone special!
