Creative Expressions – Dandelion Whisper
I love using a texture paste with stencils and this particular stencil lends itself to this as the main focus of a card.
I used a lovely Sparkle Texture paste in this gorgeous pink, with coordinating layers to set off the design. And of course a lovely bit of scrunchy ribbon!
The kraft scallop layer says Make a Wish from the Fairy Wishes stamp.
