Sending birthday wishes your way!

The background to this card is using the new die by Jamie Rodgers for Creative Expressions – Scalloped Lattice Background. I used it exactly how it came off the die, with some of the inserts still attached. The die cut cleanly but I loved how some of them were still stuck inside the design to give a grungier shabby look.

I die cut flowers from the Cherry Blossom set and layered them to create the flowery 3D look and finished off by adding some of the leaves and some twine.
