✅ UK Orders
Delivery costs are always kept as low as possible, with a simple flat rate applied to every order.

❌ EU, USA, Rest of the World
Unfortunately, shipping to anywhere other than the UK is currently suspended. Any orders placed from outside the UK will be refunded (please note merchant fees are non-refundable).

Returns and refunds

I always hope you’ll love your order, but just in case, here’s how returns work under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

~ Timeframe

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your item to let me know you’d like to return it.
Once you’ve notified me, you then have another 14 days to send it back (so up to 28 days total).
Refunds are issued within 14 days of me receiving your returned item.

* Condition
Items must come back in their original packaging, unused and unopened, so they can be resold. Return postage costs are your responsibility.

✉️ Posting Back
I can’t be liable for items lost in the post, so please make sure you get proof of posting or use recorded delivery for peace of mind.

⚡ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, or I’ve sent the wrong thing (oops!), you’ll of course receive a full refund or exchange once the item is returned and the issue confirmed.

Merchant Fees incurred(e.g. missing packaging or accessories).

Items that have been opened or used.

Handmade Items ✂️

Every handmade piece is created with love, care, and hours of work, making each one completely unique. Because of the way I create, you’ll notice little quirks - loose threads, bent edges, tea-stained fabric - that are all part of the perfectly imperfect style I love. If you prefer things neat and tidy, this may not be your cup of tea, so please take a good look at the photos and descriptions before ordering. If you’re unsure, just drop me an email - I’m always happy to answer questions before you buy.
