Oooh I am loving creating different coasters.
This is a very simple one too – just take one fabulous marble effect stencils and some acrylic paint!
The wooden mdf square was first primed with Matt Medium and then painted with white acrylic paint before stencilling the marble. I used green and blue and dapped through the stencil to mix the two colours to create a more authentic marble effect.
I then sprayed with clear lacquer before adding the cork backing.
Just think of the different colour combinations this one could take!
